Kelsey Law-Machin is a healthcare strategist known for her expertise in bridging scientific innovation with business acumen. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager (Oncology) at AstraZeneca Canada, Kelsey previously held the role of Senior Forecast Manager, Business Partnering (Oncology) within the same organization, where she spearheaded the establishment and leadership of a team of Forecast Managers. Kelsey is also a champion of growth & development and is a core Network of Women (NOW) Co-Lead, is a Co-Lead on the TH!NK Neurodiversity Group, and is an active member of the Inclusion & Diversity Council.

Prior to her tenure at AstraZeneca, Kelsey was an Associate/Analyst at Bloom Burton & Co., a leading healthcare-focused investment bank in Canada. In this capacity, she provided strategic consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech companies, and academic institutions, driving the monetization and expansion of life science technologies and products across North America. Kelsey also gained impactful experience at Triumvira Immunologics, a startup enterprise, where she collaborated closely with senior management to evaluate scientific and market opportunities.

By way of background, Kelsey obtained a PhD. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto. During her doctoral studies, Kelsey pioneered a drug repurposing approach for Peroxisome Biogenesis Disorders, showcasing her dedication to advancing healthcare through innovative research.
