EMREACH has helped countless pharmaceutical marketers and patient program leads improve patient access and care by leveraging the capabilities of EMRs.

Gayle Jaroslawski, marketing geek and Senior Portfolio Manager at Bausch Health, has more than 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience and 5 brand launches under her belt. She has worked in multiple therapeutic areas, such as diabetes, allergy, cardiovascular, and most recently, dermatology, and has managed products in every stage of the life cycle, from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity.
Gayle is passionate about building brands that connect with the prescribers and their patients and is driven by curiosity, always looking for new perspectives and approaches.
Gayle used to love travelling, but these days she is happy to be able to spend more time at home with her family and her dog, Archie.

A successful and experienced leader who has worked at global firms in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, Orest is well respected for his ability to lead and inspire teams, strategic planning expertise and passion for delivering results. Orest’s successes in industry include leading the launches of a novel, highly specialized therapy for an ultra-orphan blood disorder, and a blockbuster drug for advanced cancer patients. Orest co-founded and launched Men’s Health Solutions, a company focused on the optimization of patient outcomes in male-specific diseases, which evolved to become Canada’s largest network of male health clinics.
Orest has also worked as a healthcare consultant, helping clients evaluate and re-focus their strategic plans and programs. His past clients include: multi-national pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, professional associations, healthcare start-ups, specialty and community pharmacies. Orest has dedicated a significant amount of his time volunteering for humanitarian, education, arts & culture organizations, ranging in scope from grassroots community organizations to national and international foundations. His ability to align a diverse set of stakeholders around a common cause and come to a mutually agreeable solution have been evidenced in a wide range of settings over the past decade.
Orest is currently a member of the Oncology team at Sanofi Genzyme Canada. He looks forward to helping the team pursue its ambition to contribute meaningful solutions for patients who are battling cancer through drug discovery and development that is rooted in strong science and innovative technologies.
