Christina CroweBusiness Owner, Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor
Christina Crowe is a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario, Canada), entrepreneur and relentless mental health advocate. Christina is the founder of Dig a Little Deeper, Psychotherapy & Counselling, a modern group practice with over 20 mental health clinicians, providing both in-person and virtual service, across Ontario and PEI. In 2022, Christina introduced a private psychiatric Nurse Practitioner-led clinic, the first group private practice to do so in Ontario, bringing seamless multi-modal mental healthcare to Ontarians.
Christina has been regularly interviewed by local news outlets, podcasts and professional association websites. Christina’s advocacy work includes serving as a board member for OAMHP, and the Advocacy committee for CADDRA (the national physician alliance for ADHD). Christina has written both peer-reviewed and blog articles on the intersection of mental health and cancer, on burnout in oncology and provides keynote talks on cultivating psychological safety on health care teams.
Christina has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Certified member of the OAMHP – Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, a member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance), CADDRA Advocacy committee member, and the OAMHP Certifications committee.
Christina’s spare time is spent finding new ways to hang out with her busy family, and as much time as possible in the presence of a horse.

Kristina Harrison is an energetic and passionate leader of 23 years within the biopharmaceutical industry with significant experience in brand marketing, business development and sales. Currently as Senior Director, Regional Sales with Novo Nordisk Canada Inc., she leads an incredible team as they strive to achieve an inspiring mission with a company that she appreciates and respects immensely.
Kristina is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute. She serves as a global leadership coach within the organization supporting the development of internal leaders in various countries. She has held a global internal consultancy role focusing on Leadership Team Development and Team Performance. She facilitates sessions and keynotes on confidence, leadership, and coaching.
She has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a graduate of both CTI’s and Rotman’s Leadership Programs. She is a long-distance runner and mountain biker and lives in Ajax, ON with her husband Caley and their spoiled doggy Carmel.

In 2020, I pivoted my career to the artificial intelligence space at two separate start-ups — to bring the ethical use of AI to healthcare applications (at NuEnergy.AI), and to unleash the power of AI-powered predictive analytics through human-centric pharma tech solutions for the life sciences sector (at ODAIA Intelligence).At ODAIA, I built a strong team of Sales, Operations and Customer Success associates, leading to the 800% YOY growth in only 2 years.
Through my new venture ThinkrBelle and as Mentor to the CDL biomedical engineering cohort, I am actively engaged in advising and investing in early-stage companies that use AI and tech to advance healthcare solutions to reduce patients’ time to therapy..
I have a proven eye for organizational talent, having led critical change by nurturing associates’ sense of purpose, while coaching for stellar business targets. As the cross-company Champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, I led various educational forums and managerial training at Novartis Canada, and remain deeply committed to DEI as core organizational values.
I volunteer on the Board of Directors of Kinark Child & Family Services, a leading organization devoted to mental health of children and youth in Ontario, Canada.
