    Alan Birch
    Founder of Drug Access Canada

    Alan Birch is a Drug Access Navigator in Toronto and has been in this role for the last 8 years. He recently founded a national association called Drug Access Canada. This new group provides education and online resources to healthcare providers across a range of diseases including cancer, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.   • Milka Lukovich
    Milka Lukovich
    Head of Innovation & Solutons, Biogen Canada

    Milka Lukovich is a community pharmacist with over a decade of mid-large pharmaceutical experience in progressive leadership roles.
    She started her career at Roche in sales and marketing roles, continued at Astellas as Senior Product Manager, Business unit Director (Hospital), and Head of Marketing and New Product Planning. She is currently the Head of Innovation and Solutions at Biogen, establishing a new department to bring innovative models, technologies and solutions to improve healthcare capacity and efficiency.
    She has worked in a number of different therapeutic areas including transplant, nephrology, oncology, neurology, and urology.

  • Ramy El-Kholi
    Ramy El-Kholi
    Founder at PROXVI

    Ramy is currently Chief Commercial Officer at OkRx, and Founder of PROXVI – a consultancy and investment firm focused in healthcare ventures. A licensed Pharmacist, his understanding of healthcare has been built through roles in Canada and the United States that include medical information, product marketing, regulatory intelligence, government policy, and startups in specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, pharmacy benefits management, and digital health.

    General Manager, Commercial Effectiveness Services, IQVIA

    Richard Borrelli is General Manager of Commercial Effectiveness Services at IQVIA in Canada.
    Under Richard’s leadership, the CES consulting team applies advanced analytical methodologies along with innovative thinking and expert interpretation to support our clients in making effective decisions about the launch and commercialization of their products. The CES team supports Canadian brand and commercial strategy, customer engagement strategy, forecasting, pricing regulation, field force and promotion effectiveness. 
    Prior to leading CES, Richard was a Principal with Real World Solutions where he leveraged various real world data sources to demonstrate value of medicines and resulting patient outcomes using non-interventional approaches. These insights have been applied to inform decision making for market access, health economic, sales and marketing divisions of pharmaceutical companies, as well as payer organizations in Canada. 
    Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and graduated with distinction from the MBA program at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
