ABOUT THE SKUY AWARDS
The OPMA was founded in 1966 by Percy Skuy as a way to bring together pharmaceutical marketers to discuss best practices.
2020 has been the year of doing things a little differently and the SKUY awards is no exception. In order to respect safety protocols and maintain proper social distancing, we will not be hosting our usual annual awards gala this year. Instead, we will be celebrating our category winners with an online feature of the developing agency and client, as well as the campaign (where possible within industry guidelines).
Winners will be posted to the OPMA Skuy awards website, featured on OPMA’s LinkedIn page and will be provided with a short video outlining the merits of the submission that can be used on the agency’s social media and website. Awards will be mailed to the address included in the submission package.

CONSUMER – NON-BRANDED DISEASE AWARENESS / PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
A non-branded disease awareness or public service announcement marketing piece or campaign for the consumer audience.
The winning submission from each category will receive:
- A video feature of the submitting agency/company during an OPMA breakfast eventA feature post on LinkedIn about the agency/company by the OPMA
- A customized trophy for showcasing
- A potential feature of an agency/company guest on the OPMA Podcast series (new in 2021!)
